What is a Pull Out?

A pull out is a pre-owned home that is being moved from its current location. They can range from a 1960’s single wide to a 1980’s double wide and just about every combination in between. The availability of a pull out home changes on a weekly basis. Our qualified housing representatives can help you find the home you are looking for. 

What can you do with a pull out? 

The following are just a few of the ways they have been used :
 
 - Relocate them to another park 
 - Use them for storage
 - Use them for temporary housing while building a new home 
 - Place them on a ranch for workers
